• Placing an order on our website is a request to purchase. An order is confirmed only after our team confirms price, availability and delivery with you on WhatsApp or phone.
• We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price is listed incorrectly, or details cannot be verified.

2. Prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices, discounts and stock can change without notice. The price confirmed on WhatsApp is the final price.
• Wholesale and bulk rates are offered separately on request.

3. Payment

No online payment is taken at checkout. Payment method and timing are agreed with you when the order is confirmed.

We try to show products, images and specifications accurately. Colours, packaging and minor details may differ slightly from photos, and brands may update designs.

5. Use of products

Tools, machines, welding supplies and chemicals such as calcium carbide must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines. Raj Hardware Store is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is handled according to the brand’s warranty terms. Please keep your order details as proof of purchase.
