Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Where we deliver: all over Pakistan.
• Delivery charges: calculated based on your city, product size and weight, and confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Delivery time: usually 1–2 working days in Mardan and 3–7 working days for other cities after order confirmation.
• Shop pickup: you can also collect your order from our shop in Shaheedan Bazar, Mardan.
• Heavy items such as compressors and drums may be sent through cargo services; we will share the details with you.

Returns & exchanges

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
• Consumables (cutting/grinding discs, electrodes, calcium carbide, sanding discs) cannot be returned once opened or used, for safety reasons.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos or a video. We will replace it or arrange a refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through the payment method agreed with you. Delivery charges are refundable only when the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
